About Event Trading App
Event Trading App is a mobile and web trading platform for short-term price events on cryptocurrency and commodity markets. This page sets out who we are, how the platform works, and how to reach a real person.
Platform Details
What the Platform Does
Event Trading App lets you take short-term positions on the direction of an asset's price. You choose an asset, a stake, and a direction; the outcome is settled against market data from third-party price sources at the end of the period.
- Markets: major cryptocurrencies including BTC and ETH, plus commodities such as Gold.
- Real-time pricing: live market data streamed directly into the app.
- Low entry: trades can be placed from a small minimum stake.
- Deposits and withdrawals: supported through the payment methods listed in the app.
- Availability: Android app and web, with support available through the in-app channel.
How Trades Are Settled
Trade outcomes are determined using price data from independent third-party market data providers, not from prices we set ourselves. Payout rates are shown before you confirm a trade. Once confirmed, a trade cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Security
- The platform runs on Google Firebase infrastructure.
- All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Sensitive values such as withdrawal PINs are stored as cryptographic hashes, never in plaintext.
- We do not store card details or bank account numbers.
- Server-side rules govern balances and withdrawals so they cannot be altered from a client device.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
