This disclosure sets out the principal risks of using Event Trading App. Please read it in full before depositing funds or placing a trade. If you do not understand these risks, do not trade.

1. You Can Lose Your Money

Every trade you place puts the amount you stake at risk. If a trade does not resolve in your favour, you lose the amount staked on that trade. Losses can accumulate quickly, particularly when placing trades in rapid succession.

2. Past Performance Is Not a Guide to Future Results

Any historical results, example returns, testimonials, or performance figures shown anywhere in the app or on this website describe the past. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future results. No trading outcome is guaranteed.

3. Payout Rates Are Not Profit Guarantees

A stated payout rate describes the return on an individual winning trade. It does not describe your overall profitability, and it does not mean any trade is likely to win. A high payout rate does not reduce the risk of losing your stake.

4. Market Risk and Volatility

Cryptocurrency and commodity markets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably, including outside normal hours, in response to news, liquidity changes, or market-wide events. Rapid price movement can affect trade outcomes in ways that cannot be anticipated.

5. Third-Party Price Data

Trade outcomes are determined using market data supplied by third-party price sources. That data may be delayed, interrupted, or corrected. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

6. Technology and Connectivity Risk

The service depends on internet connectivity, mobile networks, devices, and third-party infrastructure. Outages, latency, software defects, or device failures may prevent you from placing, monitoring, or closing a trade at the moment you intend to.

7. Cryptocurrency-Specific Risk

• Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. A transfer to a wrong or mistyped address cannot be recovered.
• Network congestion can delay deposits and withdrawals.
• The value of a cryptocurrency holding can change significantly between the time you initiate and complete a transfer.

8. Regulatory Risk

Laws and regulations covering online trading and cryptocurrency differ between countries and can change. Changes may affect your ability to access the service, deposit, or withdraw. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live, and for any tax arising from your activity.

Nothing in the app or on this website is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Market information, signals, and educational material are provided for general information only. All trading decisions are yours alone. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional.

10. Trade Responsibly

• Decide in advance how much you are prepared to lose, and stop when you reach it.
• Do not increase your stakes to recover previous losses.
• Take regular breaks and avoid trading when tired, stressed, or under pressure.
• Do not treat trading as a reliable source of income.
