Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Event Trading App. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited by law.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your Account

• You may hold one account only. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and withdrawal PIN confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@eventtradingapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Deposits

• Deposits may be made through the payment methods made available in the app.
• Funds are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed.
• You must deposit only from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits may be rejected or reversed.
• Deposit processing times depend on the payment provider and network conditions and are outside our control.

4. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to these Terms.
• Withdrawals are paid to an account or wallet in your own name.
• We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
• Withdrawal availability, minimums and processing times are shown in the app and may change.

5. Trading

• Trade outcomes are determined by market data from third-party price sources.
• Once a trade is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Payout rates are displayed before you confirm a trade and may change over time.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your trading decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit software defects to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulate prices, abuse latency, or engage in any form of market abuse.
• Open multiple accounts, or abuse referral, bonus or affiliate programmes.
• Use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false identity documents or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with their operation.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonuses, and closure of your account.

7. Bonuses, Referrals and Promotions

• Bonuses and promotional credits are granted at our discretion and may carry conditions.
• Referral commissions are earned only on genuine activity by genuine users.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse will result in forfeiture of all related earnings.
• We may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including outages at our infrastructure or market-data providers.

9. Suspension and Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law.
• Where an account is closed without breach, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
