Binary & Event Trading in Pakistan
If you are researching short-term online trading from Pakistan, you have probably seen a great many platforms making a great many promises. This guide explains what this kind of trading actually is, how to judge whether a platform deserves your money, and what the honest risks are — including the ones we carry ourselves.

Short-term trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Most people who trade this way lose money. It is not a salary, not a side income, and not a way out of financial difficulty. Only ever trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. Read our full Risk Disclosure.
What "binary" and "event" trading mean
Both terms describe the same basic structure: you stake a fixed amount on whether a price will be higher or lower at the end of a short, fixed period. There are only two outcomes. If you are right, you receive your stake plus a payout at a rate shown in advance. If you are wrong, you lose the entire stake.
It is called "binary" because of those two outcomes. We use the term "event trading" because you are trading a short price event rather than holding an asset. The mechanics are the same, and we would rather say so plainly than hide behind terminology.
This is fundamentally different from investing. When you buy Bitcoin or gold and hold it, you own something whose value moves over time. Here you own nothing — you have taken a position on a short-term outcome, and when the period ends the position is settled and gone.
Your legal position is yours to check
Rules covering online trading and cryptocurrency differ between countries and change over time. Several major jurisdictions restrict or prohibit binary options for retail customers. It is your responsibility to confirm what applies to you, including any tax you may owe on trading activity.
We are not able to give you legal or tax advice, and nothing on this website is such advice. If you are unsure of your position, speak to a qualified professional in Pakistan before you deposit any money.
How to judge whether a platform is trustworthy
This is the part worth spending time on. Apply these checks to any platform — including ours.
- Can you find out who runs it? A platform should say who operates it and how to reach them. Anonymous operators are a serious warning sign.
- Does the support address actually work? Send a test email before depositing. If it bounces or nobody answers, that tells you what support will be like when you have a problem.
- Are the terms written down? Deposits, withdrawals, fees and account closure should be documented and findable — not explained differently by whoever you happen to speak to.
- Are the risks stated honestly? Any platform that presents trading as easy, guaranteed, or a reliable income is misrepresenting it.
- Can you withdraw a small amount before committing more? Test the withdrawal process early with a small sum. This is the single most useful check you can run.
- How old is the domain? You can look this up freely with a WHOIS search. A very new domain is not proof of anything, but it is a reason for caution.
Red flags that should stop you
- Guaranteed returns, "risk-free" trades, or any promised profit figure. These do not exist. Anyone offering one is lying.
- Pressure to deposit quickly, or a "manager" who calls to push you into larger deposits.
- Requests to send money to a personal account or personal wallet rather than the platform's own published channels.
- A fee demanded before a withdrawal can be "released". Legitimate platforms deduct any fee from the withdrawal; they do not ask you to send money in first.
- Anyone asking for your password or withdrawal PIN. No genuine platform will ever ask for these — we never will.
- Screenshots of other people's profits used as proof. These are trivial to fake and prove nothing.
Where we currently stand
In the interest of applying our own checklist honestly: Event Trading App is not yet a registered company, and business registration is something we are working through. We would rather tell you that than list a company name that does not exist. Our support address is support@eventtradingapp.com, our terms are published on this site, and we do not promise guaranteed returns anywhere. Judge us on that.
Deposits and withdrawals from Pakistan
Payment methods available to you are listed inside the app, and availability can change. A few points that apply regardless of method:
- Deposit only from an account in your own name. Third-party payments may be rejected or reversed.
- Withdrawals are paid back to an account or wallet in your own name.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is released.
- Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible — always check the network and the address twice.
Full details are in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
If you decide to try it
- Start with the smallest amount the platform allows, and treat it as the cost of learning.
- Withdraw once, early, before depositing anything more.
- Write down a maximum loss before you begin and stop at it — without exception.
- Never increase your stake to recover a loss. This is how small losses become large ones.
- Never trade with borrowed money, committee money, or funds you need for anything else.
If trading is affecting your finances, your sleep, or your relationships, stop. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@eventtradingapp.com, and we will do it without argument.
